1. Cancellation & Refunds Policy (“No-Refund” Digital Goods)

1. Digital-Product Nature

All products sold by Prospects Shop are downloadable digital lead lists delivered instantly after successful payment. Because access is granted immediately and the data cannot be “returned,” all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Order Cancellation

• Before payment: You may abandon the checkout at any time.

• After payment is captured: The order is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you are charged twice for the same product, email info@prospectsshop.com within 7 days. Upon verification we will refund the duplicate amount to the original payment method.

4. Defective or Corrupted File

If a file is corrupted or will not open, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will re-issue the download link at no extra cost. This does not constitute a refund.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Attempting to reverse a legitimate charge (e.g., filing an “unauthorised” dispute after successful download) violates these terms. We reserve the right to block future purchases and pursue collection of disputed amounts.
