1. Digital Delivery Only

Prospects Shop sells downloadable digital files; no physical items are shipped.

2. Delivery Time

• Instant Download Products:
  For ready-made lead lists, a secure download link appears on the payment-success page and is also emailed to the address provided at checkout.

• Custom List Orders:
  For custom data requests, delivery may take 3 to 10 business days depending on the complexity and volume of the list. Estimated timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.

• Link Expiry:
  Instant download links are valid for 7 days after purchase and limited to 3 downloads. Contact support if you need access beyond that.

3. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes (for instant products), please:

1. Check your Spam/Junk folder

2. Confirm the email address entered at checkout

3. Contact us at info@prospectsshop.com with your order ID

We’ll reissue your download link or provide alternate delivery within 1 business day.

4. Updates & Re-downloads

Minor list updates or corrections made within 30 days of purchase will be provided at no extra charge. Notification will be sent via email.
